By creating an account or using Binyanode, you agree to these Terms of Service. Binyanode provides a construction procurement marketplace that connects buyers and suppliers.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate company and contact information. Claiming a directory listing requires ownership verification.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, scrape directory data, submit fraudulent RFQs or quotations, or attempt to access another account’s data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Content & quotes

Buyers and suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of RFQs, quotations, and uploaded documents. Binyanode is not a party to contracts formed between users.
