Account details (name, company, email, phone), authentication data from Firebase, RFQs, quotations, messages, uploaded documents, and basic usage logs needed to operate the service.

How we use data

We use your data to operate accounts, match buyers and suppliers, verify business claims, send transactional emails/SMS, improve product reliability, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information is shared with counterparties as needed for procurement (for example, a buyer sees supplier quotes), and with infrastructure providers such as Firebase that process data on our behalf.

Retention & rights

We retain account and transaction data while your account is active and as required for compliance. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
